POLICIES

1. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once signed for. All shipments require a signature.

2. Examine your package before signing.

3. We ship in three packages: Flat rate envelopes or Paks, and medium boxes via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

4. When to refuse your package:

   - Flat rate envelope: Refuse if evenly flat.

   - Flat Paks: Refuse if flat or deflated.

   - Medium/large boxes: Hold both boxes together, shake to detect content. Refuse if it seems hollow.

5. We only ship to confirmed addresses.

6. Shipping within the US may take 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

7. International shipping: Allow 6 to 10 business days, $20 Flat Shipping Rate in the US, $25 per bundle outside the US.

- You may incur additional charges per international custom charging policy.

- You are responsible for these charges; our shipping cost covers importation only.

- All sales are final; no refunds.

- Allow 5 to 7 days to process and ship orders; a signature is required.

- Exchanges (upon management approval) within 3 business days. Hair must be in the original state, unaltered, and in original packaging.

- $20 restocking fee for ALL exchanges.

- We aren't responsible for lost/damaged packages.

- A signature is required to avoid stolen shipments.
